Yalla Shoot is a platform that connects sports enthusiasts to find, book, and join football and sports games at registered venues across Kuwait and the region.يلا شوت منصة تربط عشاق الرياضة للعثور على مباريات كرة القدم والرياضات الأخرى وحجزها والانضمام إليها في الملاعب المسجلة في الكويت والمنطقة.

You may use the app only if you:يمكنك استخدام التطبيق فقط إذا:

• Are at least 16 years of ageكنت تبلغ 16 عامًا على الأقل
• Have not been previously suspended or removed from the platformلم يسبق تعليق حسابك أو إزالته من المنصة
• Are capable of forming a binding contract under applicable lawكنت قادرًا على إبرام عقد ملزم بموجب القانون المعمول به
• Use the service for lawful, non-commercial personal purposesتستخدم الخدمة لأغراض شخصية مشروعة وغير تجارية

To use Yalla Shoot you must register using a valid phone number which will be verified via one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for:لاستخدام يلا شوت يجب التسجيل برقم هاتف صالح سيُتحقق منه عبر رمز مرور لمرة واحدة (OTP). أنت مسؤول عن:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registrationتقديم معلومات دقيقة ومحدّثة أثناء التسجيل
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing account accessالحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وعدم مشاركة الوصول إلى الحساب
• All activity that occurs under your accountجميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized accessإخطارنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت في وصول غير مصرح به

One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or policies is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.يُسمح بحساب واحد لكل شخص. يُحظر إنشاء حسابات متعددة للتحايل على الحظر أو السياسات وسيؤدي ذلك إلى تعليق دائم.

When you join a game, the listed price per player is charged from your Yalla Shoot wallet or a saved card. Payments are processed securely through MyFatoorah.عند الانضمام إلى مباراة، يُخصم سعر اللاعب المدرج من محفظة يلا شوت أو البطاقة المحفوظة. تُعالَج المدفوعات بأمان عبر MyFatoorah.

• Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include all applicable feesتُعرض الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) وتشمل جميع الرسوم المعمول بها
• A confirmed booking guarantees your slot in the gameالحجز المؤكد يضمن مكانك في المباراة
• You may top up your wallet using KNET, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Payيمكنك شحن محفظتك عبر KNET أو فيزا أو ماستركارد أو Apple Pay
• Payment must be completed at the time of joining — slots are not reserved without paymentيجب إتمام الدفع وقت الانضمام — لا تُحجز الأماكن بدون دفع

Refunds are issued to your Yalla Shoot wallet according to the following policy:تُرجع المبالغ المستردة إلى محفظة يلا شوت وفق السياسة التالية:

You agree not to:توافق على عدم:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposeاستخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through the chat featureمضايقة المستخدمين الآخرين أو إساءة معاملتهم أو تهديدهم عبر الدردشة
• Share false or misleading information in your profile or game listingsمشاركة معلومات كاذبة أو مضللة في ملفك الشخصي أو قوائم المباريات
• Attempt to manipulate player ratings, evaluations, or tier scoresمحاولة التلاعب بتقييمات اللاعبين أو درجات المستوى
• Interfere with the proper operation of the app or its serversالتدخل في التشغيل السليم للتطبيق أو خوادمه
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platformاستخدام الروبوتات الآلية أو أدوات الاستخراج للوصول إلى المنصة
• Resell or commercially exploit any portion of the serviceإعادة بيع أي جزء من الخدمة أو استغلاله تجاريًا
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content in chat or your profileنشر محتوى غير لائق أو مسيء أو محمي بحقوق النشر في الدردشة أو ملفك

As a game host you take on additional responsibilities:بوصفك مضيفًا للمباراة تتحمل مسؤوليات إضافية:

• Ensure the listed court, time, and price information are accurate before publishingالتأكد من دقة معلومات الملعب والوقت والسعر قبل النشر
• Be present at the venue at the scheduled timeالحضور في الملعب في الوقت المحدد
• Treat all participants respectfully and fairlyمعاملة جميع المشاركين باحترام وعدالة
• Submit post-match evaluations honestly and without biasتقديم تقييمات ما بعد المباراة بصدق وبدون تحيز
• Cancel with reasonable advance notice to minimize inconvenience to playersالإلغاء بإشعار مسبق معقول لتقليل الإزعاج للاعبين

All content on Yalla Shoot — including the name, logo, design, code, and features — is the exclusive property of Yalla Shoot and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.جميع المحتويات على يلا شوت — بما في ذلك الاسم والشعار والتصميم والكود والميزات — هي ملكية حصرية ليلا شوت ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.لا يجوز نسخ أي جزء من المنصة أو إعادة إنتاجه أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه دون إذن كتابي صريح منا.

User-generated content remains your property; by uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it within the platform.يظل المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون ملكية لك؛ بتحميله تمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري وخاليًا من حقوق الملكية لاستخدامه داخل المنصة.

Yalla Shoot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:يُقدَّم يلا شوت على أساس "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح". لا نضمن أن:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of virusesيكون التطبيق متاحًا بلا انقطاع أو أخطاء أو فيروسات
• Sports complexes listed will always be available or meet your expectationsتكون المجمعات الرياضية المدرجة متاحة دائمًا أو تلبي توقعاتك
• Other players will conduct themselves appropriately during gamesيتصرف اللاعبون الآخرون بشكل مناسب أثناء المباريات

We are a booking and matchmaking platform. We are not responsible for the quality of sports facilities, injuries sustained during play, or disputes between users at venues.نحن منصة حجز وتنظيم مباريات. لسنا مسؤولين عن جودة المرافق الرياضية أو الإصابات خلال اللعب أو النزاعات بين المستخدمين في الملاعب.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yalla Shoot and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به قانونًا، لن تكون يلا شوت ومديروها وموظفوها وشركاؤها مسؤولين عن:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the appالأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwillفقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو الشهرة التجارية
• Physical injury or property damage occurring at sports venuesالإصابات الجسدية أو الأضرار التي تحدث في الملاعب الرياضية
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentialsالوصول غير المصرح به لحسابك بسبب إهمالك في تأمين بيانات الاعتماد

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة المبلغ الذي دفعته في المعاملة المحددة التي أفضت إلى المطالبة.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct.نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق حسابك أو إنهائه نهائيًا في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق إذا رأينا أنك انتهكت هذه الشروط أو تصرفت بشكل ضار.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Any remaining wallet balance will be subject to our standard refund process upon written request.يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. سيخضع أي رصيد متبقٍ في المحفظة لإجراء الاسترداد القياسي لدينا عند تقديم طلب كتابي.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين دولة الكويت. تخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط أو استخدامك للمنصة للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم الكويت.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via push notification. Your continued use of Yalla Shoot after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.قد نحدّث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو إشعار فوري. استمرارك في استخدام يلا شوت بعد سريان الشروط المحدّثة يُعدّ موافقةً منك.
